Backup is a design.
Supported circuits, output and runtime depend on the complete system and your loads.
JEMIR ENERGY / THE HOME BATTERY STORY
The lights. The food in the fridge. The connections you count on.
A home battery starts with what matters to you.
For Canadian homeowners. Service and system suitability confirmed by location.
01 / THE INTERRUPTION
When grid power stops, ordinary routines can stop with it: lighting, refrigeration and the router that keeps your household connected.
A suitable battery system can supply selected circuits. It cannot restore a failed internet service, and it does not automatically power every appliance.
Start with your essential loads →02 / A PLAN FOR YOUR PRIORITIES
Choose the loads first. Then match the battery, inverter and backup controls to the home. That turns an uncertain wish into a specific plan.
Lighting, a refrigerator and internet equipment are examples to discuss—not a promised package. Motor starts and simultaneous demand need their own checks.

03 / WHEN TIMING HAS VALUE
On a suitable time-of-use plan, buying electricity during lower-rate hours and using stored energy later may reduce the energy-charge portion of a bill.
The price difference must cover battery losses. Your tariff, usage, available capacity and ownership costs decide whether the numbers make sense.
See a dated Ontario example—with the losses →04 / CONFIDENCE COMES FROM CLARITY
Stored energy is finite. Runtime changes with the starting charge, usable capacity, household demand, temperature and system losses.
Ask what stays on, for how long under stated assumptions, and what happens when energy runs low. For long outages, compare other backup options too.
Understand runtime →Compare a standby generator →A larger load uses the same available energy faster. The inverter must also handle the power demand.

Tell us your location, what you want to keep powered and how your home uses electricity. We’ll start there.
The estimate uses Ontario-rate assumptions. Illustrative only; not a nationwide forecast or a guarantee of savings.
Supported circuits, output and runtime depend on the complete system and your loads.
Backup priorities and possible electricity-cost benefits are separate reasons to consider storage.
We welcome enquiries across Canada. Local service and installation suitability are confirmed with you.
